How do you ship?

Most of our orders are shipped via Singpost.

Are the items in stock?

All items are usually held in stock. However, we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you of the date we expect to receive stock.

Rates to ship?
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location.

Delivery times:
Moderato (5 to 21 business days)*
Presto (2 to 5 business days)*

*Delivery times are estimations based on best practice and are displayed in working days. Delivery times may vary and in some cases exceed the estimated times due to unforeseen circumstances and country specific requirements (for example delayed customs clearance). As we ship worldwide this is unfortunately beyond our control and cannot be estimated in advance as it differs from destination to destination, this means we are unfortunately unable to process refunds for deliveries that are delayed less than 41 working days. Nonetheless we thrive to fulfil all our orders in a timely manner and to your satisfaction and our customer service team is always on hand to answer any questions you might have.

VAT and Shipping Charges
All delivery prices are quoted on a “carriage and insurance paid to (CIP Destination)” basis which includes freight charges to the destination, packaging costs and insurance for loss or damage during transit. The total delivery cost excludes customs clearance charges, import duties and taxes which are normally collected separately from the recipient in the destination country. You may be subject to local taxes, import, customs and/or similar duties for which you carry sole responsibility. Customs policies are different in every country; therefore you should contact your national customs office for more information. Please be aware that you are the responsible importer and it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods and/or services.

Damaged goods
If for any reason the package arrives damaged please check the contents before you sign for it and REFUSE the parcel if anything is damaged or missing. Once you have refused the parcel it will automatically be returned to our warehouse and we will be able to redeliver the order. Once you sign for the item you are agreeing that you have received the package in good condition and we are then unable to claim from the shipping company if items have become lost or damaged in transit. We cannot take responsibility if part of a package is missing or damaged once it has been signed for by the customer.
